MouseMux turns one Windows POS PC into a true two-sided counter. Plug in the cashier's mouse and keyboard, a customer-facing touchscreen and any counter devices - a signature pad, a barcode scanner, a keypad - and each one becomes its own independent user with its own cursor, locked to its own screen or window. Neither side can steal the other's pointer, so both sides of the counter work the same sale at the same time.
And the two sides work together, not just next to each other. The cashier can look at the customer's screen through a live mirror view and step in to help, open an on-screen keyboard when the customer needs to type, and the customer can draw their signature right on the touchscreen to confirm the sale.
